If you go through the Blueprint and do not feel confident walking into the Questura, registering at the Comune, or submitting your Permesso di Soggiorno application, email us within 60 days for a full refund. No questionnaire. No conditions. The risk is entirely ours.

What if my Italian is not good enough?

The Blueprint is written entirely in English. Every Italian term is explained in plain language the first time it appears, and the Quick Reference section includes a glossary of bureaucratic vocabulary.

You do not need Italian to complete any step in this guide.

I am moving on an Elective Residency Visa. Does this apply to me?
